About Us
1997 started in the insurance business right out of college as a Country Companies Agent.
2000 became a Reserve District Manager for Farmers Insurance.
2002 - 2023 led a District In Tulsa Oklahoma with 31 agents.
2024 Chad realized his passion was teaching agents and empowering clients with the IUL. He firmly believes this is the best product Farmers Insurance has available for clients! Diving deeper into the IUL, Life Insurance, Retirement, Estate Planning, and Generational Wealth is a top priority.
2024- 2025 Received the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Quality Award.
2024 - 2025 Chad accomplished Million Dollar Round Table both years. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.

Gillian C Tredway
2021 became a fully licensed agency producer with L&H and P&C while in college.
2022 had an internship at Baird Wealth Management in Wichita, KS for 1.5 years.
2023 graduated Wichita State University December 2023 with a Major in Finance and Minor in Economics.
In May 2024, Gillian became a fully licensed Financial Services Agent by completing her SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 exams.
